About Mia Wolf Mia Wolf
Director and Owner of All About Acting

I love the magic of theatre, both on stage and off. I am hugely creative, and impose a creative curve on all aspects of my life. Energetic and passionate, I have conviction in all that I do and look for opportunities to seek a new perspective. I strive to inspire my students with passion, drive, and achievement, as they do me. Simply put, I love this craft.

After the completion of my BFA in Drama from Seattle University I was ready to begin my career as a professional actor and realized that I had no idea where to start. Do I just go door to door looking for agents? Do I go on group auditions (cattle calls)? How do I know that these agents are legitimate? I felt like I was 'thrown to the wolves'. How could I have spent so much time and money learning my craft and have no idea what to do next?

I did eventually make my way into the business through a lot of trial and error. I always wished I had had someone there to guide me through the process of auditions and callbacks and the marketing aspect of my business. But, I didn't. This later became my inspiration for All About Acting. I wanted to become the kind of coach that I wish I had and needed.

Although I have spent a great deal of time on stage and in front of the camera, I have found my true calling coaching others and helping them attain their acting goals. The success of my students is my success and I take great pride in their accomplishments. My goal is to be the best coach possible, and prepare my students for a professional career in entertainment.
